Raw Local Honey

Our honey is from our locally kept Beehives. We keep them hidden deep in the Catskill Forest in a valley between two ridges. Bears and other wildlife are our constant companions as we collect this pure, organic pesticide free honey. No treatments, powders or intrusive keeping. We save the honey for our honeybees and harvest only when there is a surplus. Cultivating Gratitude for hard work and abundance they share. Knowing they Choose to stay with us.
